Mixed Berry and Granola Parfait

These parfaits are simple, nutritious, and super tasty. You can have them for breakfast, or as a dessert or midday treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream (optional)

  • 1 lb Low fat Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup granola with optional mixed nuts

  • 4 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries & fruit of your choice

  • Strawberries

  • Blueberries

  • Blackberries

  • Raspberries

  • Optionally use kiwi, peaches, pineapple and other fruits

Instructions

  1. In a parfait glass, or any container, alternate spoonfuls of Granola followed spoonfuls of the Greek yogurt/mixture followed by spoonfuls of berries over and repeat layers.

    • Optional - In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with Greek yogurt.

  2. Top with honey/maple syrup and granola and nuts

  3. Refrigerate parfaits until it is time to serve.
