Mixed Berry and Granola Parfait
These parfaits are simple, nutritious, and super tasty. You can have them for breakfast, or as a dessert or midday treat.
Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream (optional)
1 lb Low fat Greek yogurt
1 cup granola with optional mixed nuts
4 tbsp honey or maple syrup
2 cups mixed fresh berries & fruit of your choice
Strawberries
Blueberries
Blackberries
Raspberries
Optionally use kiwi, peaches, pineapple and other fruits
Instructions
In a parfait glass, or any container, alternate spoonfuls of Granola followed spoonfuls of the Greek yogurt/mixture followed by spoonfuls of berries over and repeat layers.
Optional - In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with Greek yogurt.
Top with honey/maple syrup and granola and nuts
Refrigerate parfaits until it is time to serve.
